Please read the following information carefully as this should assist you in submitting your free postal entry to all of our forthcoming competitions and prize draws.

You may enter our competitions or prize draws using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:

1. Please send your postal entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:Vintage and Classic Car Hire

2. Include with your entry the following information:
   • The Competition or Prize Draw you wish to enter;
   • Your full name and postal address;
   • Email address and Telephone number;
3. If you are entering a Competition or Prize Draw through the Postal Entry Route you will be required to register for an account via our Website prior to us receiving your postal entry. Following receipt of your valid postal entry we will apply an entry to your account. Please note, registering an account on our website is completely free. During account registration you must include the following data that matches your data on your Postal Entry:
   • Your full name and postal address;
   • Email address and Telephone number;
4. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
5. You may make multiple free entries for any competition or prize draw (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
6. By entering our competitions or prize draws, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept our terms and conditions;
7. The Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number(s).
8. Entrants must have created an account on our Website for the free entry to be processed. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.
