1. Submitted on an unenclosed postcard
2. Addressed to the above address
3. Your name, address, and telephone number all of which must correctly match your on line account at VCCH.
4. The competition prize your entry applies to
5. The correct answer to the competition question, if there is a question.

All postal entry details will be verified and if correct, VCCH will issue a ticket for entry into your account at VCCH. This will appear in the same manner as if you had purchased a ticket on line.
