Description
1969 Morgan 4/4
£7.00Per Ticket
We’re pleased to present this stunning 1969 Morgan 4/4, finished in vibrant red with a beautifully trimmed black interior and polished wooden dashboard. A true icon of British motoring, combining traditional Morgan craftsmanship, open-top charm, and a wonderfully engaging driving experience.
This Morgan has been part of our collection for almost two years, and it is a car we know well. It has a fantastic story behind it too; first registered in January 1969, it began life as a demonstrator for the prestigious London dealer Basil Roy Ltd. and even appeared in a Texaco promotional film.
Its provenance continued in 1975 when it was sold by Peter Morgan himself to an owner who went on to cherish the car for nearly five decades.
The car has also benefited from a comprehensive restoration by Tudor Motors of Market Drayton, with work totalling around £26,000. This included a full rebuild of the 1700cc Ford Crossflow engine, an upgrade to a 5-speed gearbox, complete re-wiring, a new steering box, modern dual-circuit brakes, a brand-new fuel tank, fresh wet weather gear, new black interior, and a respray in its striking red finish.
With its beautifully restored condition, charming period styling, and sympathetic modern upgrades, this Morgan 4/4 offers the best of both worlds; the timeless character of a classic British sports car with improved usability and confidence on the road.
A rare opportunity to win a beautifully restored 1969 Morgan 4/4 with outstanding provenance, almost £26,000 of restoration work, and just 6,000 miles covered since completion. The winner will be drawn live on Facebook. The draw goes ahead even if it doesn’t sell out. Guaranteed Winner.
Good luck!
