You may enter the competition/prize draw using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:
- send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to the Promoter at the following address: Vintage and Classic Car Hire, Unit 17, Terminal Close, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9BN;
- include with your entry the following information:
- The competition you wish to enter
- Your full name and postal address
- Telephone number and email address
- Your answer to any Competition Question
- incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
- you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
- by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
- free postal entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the Closing Date and/or before all tickets for the relevant Competition/Prize Draw have been sold or allocated. Where a free postal entry is received after the Closing Date, or after all tickets for the relevant Competition/Prize Draw have been sold or allocated, but within 48 hours of either such event, the entry will not be entered into the selected Competition/Prize Draw. Instead, the Entrant will receive virtual credit in their Entrant Account equal to the value of one ticket for the selected Competition/Prize Draw. This virtual credit may be used by the Entrant towards entry into any future Competition/Prize Draw available on the Website, subject to availability and the applicable terms of that future Competition/Prize Draw. Free postal entries received more than 48 hours after the Closing Date, or more than 48 hours after all tickets for the relevant Competition/Prize Drawn have been sold or allocated, will not be entered into the selected Competition/Prize Draw and no credit or alternative entry will be provided;
- if an Entrant has reached the maximum number of entries or ticket limit permitted for the relevant Competition/Prize Draw before their free entry is received, the free entry will not be entered into that Competition/Prize Draw.
- the Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number;
- entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.
